I hope to reach an HP support person to walk me through what I need to do, to return my computer to its expected speed that it had before talking with an HP support person about a problem with a new HP printer that I just bought. She took remote control of my computer, bounced around and around to fix a very minor problem with the printer. When she was done the problem was gone but wow is my computer ever slow. Maybe 10 times slower. Phone support won't help because the computer is out of warranty even though I had no problem with speed until after the support call.

Hi gtx, have you tried system restore (restoring it back to a date before the tech worked on it) this may mean your printer problem will return but you could post the printer problem here in the forums and probably find a simple solution, hope this is of help
