Product: hp stream notebook pc 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop was stuck in the hp loading screen loop. I therefore used a recovery usb and was able to do a system repair. My laptop now boots into safe mode and goes into desktop, a message saying "you'll need a new app to open this ms-get-started" appears, How do I get it back to normal? Reinstall Windows 10?
When I use the recovery usb it goes to a blue hp symbol ( nothing happens) please help. Dom

Hi,
If your notebook came with Windows 10 or you've previously upgraded and successfully activated Windows 10 then,
Use Microsoft windows media creation tool to create Windows 10 bootable installation USB and do clean install:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2376-usb-flash-drive-create-install-windows-10-a.html
Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet
