I have a customer that got an update and then the message "Enter Administrator Password or Power on Password" came up after three failed attempts it gives this message "System Disabled Key: 67624141"

 

Can anyone help with this issue Please.

You are welcome. Unfortunately I will have to work over this summer. When my kids were young, I always took summer holidays but now I have to work for younger people to have summer holidays.
