By the looks of it the driver you need is for the JMicron Card Reader. Try the JMicron Card Reader Driver and the ENE CirReceiver Driver for Windows 7 64-bit. These drivers should solve your issue and let you have full functionality of your computer again.

Hi,

 

I tried both the drivers mentioned in your reply, I do not see Co-processor now in my device manager list. Not sure if that is correctly installed now or not. My audio is still not working says no audio device installed. I have not done windows update after that. I do not know what specific update I should be doing. Pls help. Lmk if you need any info which can help you suggest better.

sorry i did a clean windows 8.1 pro (64bit) on my dv2000 hp pavilion entertainment pc and have got two base sys, one coprocessor and an unknown drivers missing. Pls how do i resolve this.
