I'm facing this problem on my notbook. Base System Device Drivers not installed.

 

This is the hardware lds Properties.

Try the follwing sofpaq forthe Ricoh media card reader.

the link you suggesting is not working.

 

"Sp46972.exe Windows has stopped working."

 

->Check online for a solution and close the program

->close the program.

 

What should I do?
