Hello.

I have installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 on my new HP 15-R033tx.

I have downloaded and installed all the drivers from the HP website.

But, when I try to install the NVIDIA driver, it says " Install intel ®drivers first"

Kindly help me in this issue.

Thank you.

Hi:

Here is what you need to do for the graphics...

1. Install the Intel chipset installation utility first and reboot.

2. Install the Intel HD graphics driver and reboot.

Thank you.

Solved the problem.

I downloaded the Intel Iris HD Graphics driver from the Intel website. The Intel HD Graphics driver on HP website didn't work.

You're very welcome.

That would have been my next suggestion.

I've same laptop,I downloaded the nVidia driver from it's official site by selecting properly the correct notebook. Both nVidia & intel HD driver installed successfully. But One problem arises,i.e.my system is lagging.I'm fully asured that it's the nVidia issue.Bcz,When I disable the nvidia driver from device management it's working fastly but only intel HD is working that's y I can't play games.I tried the following steps:

1.using DDU [display driver uninstaller] problem is- It doesnot permit to install through safe mode.

2.uninstalling both 2s reinstall both 2. no result.

But I've previously used so fast in windows 10pro 64 bit build10280...Now I've the issue in windows 10 pro build 10585...

Os is fresh installed.no Apps I've been using till my nvidia gets solved.

Nvidia has a version of 365.61...for appropriate device...

Please solve this neither tell me any advice before my warranty voids.....

Thanks in advance...
