The file DigitalPersona Personal ver 4.10.3790

for 32 bit is corrupted and can't be downloaded. Please upload the file in any site.

Thanks

After reading Your report I downloaded and installed this file without any problems.

Try to use other browser. If this will not help then switch off Your antivirus and firewall.

I follow the steps, in a pavillion dv9775la, but the digital persona dont recognizes the finger print sensor, even with the firewall completed deactivated.

When I uninstall the fingerprint drivers, and finally check with searc hardware changes, the sistem automatically find the sensor and install the drivers(win fingerprint drivers).

Could help me.

thanks in advance

In case there's anybody left with this problem unsolved, here's how it worked for me in Windows 7. >> Windows Update installed automatically the Authentec fingerprint driver, which turned out to be not a good idea. >> From Device Manager I disabled the fingerprint reader (to prevent it from automatic reinstallment by Windows after reboot), then uninstalled the fingerprint reader's driver and rebooted. [Note: you can either uninstall the driver from Control Panel or directly from Device Manager by right-clicking on the device.] >> Downloaded the Vista driver version of the fingerprint reader for my laptop model (because HP does not support Pavilion dv9850el for Win 7) and installed it, followed by DigitalPersona software. Now it works as it should. >> *I also tried Daniel's solution too, and I didn't have any problems. I hope it works for you too.
