I'm being prompted by my device manager The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

I tried automatically updating but still failed.

I'm not sure of the type of my HP laptop. I just know that it is a HP G6. Tried autodetecting in your site but still it failed.

The device instance for this is:

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_183E103C&REV_01\4&231B57DB&0&00E2

2nd prob. My usb 3.0 is not working i tried installing a driver from a similar g6 laptop but it doesnt seem to work.

USB 2.0 speeds and when i attach a HDD with a USB 3.0 port it states that it could go faster...

Please help!

Regards,

PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5229&SUBSYS_183E103C&REV_01\4&231B57DB&0&00E2 = Realtek PCIE CardReader

The USB 3.0 ports and the Realtek CardReader most likely need drivers... Please provide the above requested information.

Please try to install the Intel USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver and Realtek Card Reader Driver to resolve your issues. You may need to completely uninstall these existing drivers before installing the new ones.
