Toma.
There are no master password generators for ProBooks or EliteBooks and most business class laptops.
You will need to contact HP.

Or look at this link.

I have a master external USB HDD with his programs that I have removed hundreds of passwords with Mazzif's help.
Mazzif’s program will detect your UUID, Serial Number and model number then use that information to produce an .exe file to clear the password.
If you find it to be too technical then.
Replace the BIOS chip.
If you have good soldering skills order the BIOS chip. You will receive a picture of the chips location after purchase.

Hi!
Our problem is similar, than the others' (missing BIOS password). My brother bought a 2570p Elitebook from secondhand. We have a sales contract with the seller, who is also a privat person. Based on the laptop's serial number the warranty is valid (onsight warranty), however we don't have the original warranty card.
We've contacted hungarian HP support and they confirmed, that the warranty is valid, but refused to help us restoring BIOS password for the lack of the original warranty card (sales condract worths nothing).
It's absurd.
I've asked, what would happen if the motherboard would broke down under normal conditions (not user caused failure). They said, they would replace the motherboard under warranty without any charges and they wouldn't ask for the original warranty card, because a valid onsight warranty based on the serial number is enough.
So what should we do? Pray for God to make my motherboard go wrong?
My brother really needs this laptop for college studies, and right now he can't use it's advantages (for ex. VT-X: the CPU supports VT-X, but it should be enabled in BIOS). He needs this feature for running virtual machines (which are necessary for his thesis).
Please, help us!
Thanks in advance!
