I believe they are bound together. The uninstall process certianly is, needing some to be uninstalled before Client Security previous and current version.

 

You could always just try remove and start from scratch with just Client Security and Finger Print Scanner 8.3 versions.

 

It really is very frustrating stuff, I feel for the home user who has to try deal with the stuff.

Well I solved my own proble which was:

 

Client security manager stalling on opening the program:

 

I simply removed following programs (which I believe that I will not need later - but it may be only one of them to be the troublemaker - this I still do not know...)

 

  1. File Sanitizer
  2. Trust Circles
  3. Theft Recovery
  4. Drive Encryption

After this process (easily accomplished through control panel "remove programme") - I reopened the Client Security Manager and it opened swiftly and is now fully accessible.
