Re: HP Connected Music

Bigtree,

I am not real sure what to do about this.  It might be some sort of issue about distribution rights -- you can have the app installed on the system, but maybe Windows cannot distribute the same app in the UK.  That sounds a bit lame; I don't know anything at all about International law.   Smiling.

From what you say I am guessing the app came installed on your system, yes?

No chance it is in your Recovery Manager, is there?

OK..

I did find this:

Apps for Windows - United Kingdom

Right in the middle of the page is a place to Open the Store

I could not tell you whether that is going to do you any good -- but it might be something.

You can apparently also purchase the app from the HP store in the UK (online).  Whether you want to pay for an app you already have is a stretch, of course -- it depends on just how badly you want it versus how badly you don't want to reload the OS to try to get it back.  Push.

I might be missing something obvious, of course.  I am state-side and my perspective is slanted.
