First you need to install the AMD chipset driver and reboot. You want the first file listed on the webpage.
That will install the smbus controller.
Below is the link to the W7 Ralink WLAN adapter driver.
You need the Bluetooth driver too:
Install both of these drivers.
Download and install the 3rd file on the list.
I will need you to post the hardware ID for the unknown device.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID.

Below is the link to the driver you need for 0004:
It doesn't matter what Windows OS a driver is for. A W7 driver will work on all versions of W7.
Try the one directly from Mediatek (Ralink).
You want the driver from the first grouping of devices listed.

It is hard to say.
I think the problem is with the wireless card because the first driver I posted should have worked.
While your notebook is not officially supported for W7 by HP, it should work using windows 7.
The problem is, HP will ask you to reinstall W8, and troubleshoot the wireless card to make sure that the WLAN card is the problem.
They will not provide any troubleshooting support with W7 installed on your notebook.

I install the last driver and now it work, but i must still try
after instalation, reboot the com, it didn't work, but than i turn off the comp, turn off the internet moder and cisco wirless machine for one minute, then both turn on and wait for couple minuts, turn on the comp, but it still didn't conect, but after couple minutes (went to toilet) it start working. It work, but the speed is very low, ut show the same speed as on other notebook, but when openin the sam page it is slower, but i can live with it
