Ok, firstly backup all your data on an external HDD

once thats done, just pop in your windows 7 disc in your drive

reboot

at hp bios screen ,press f9

and choose "Boot from CD/DVD Drive"

windows 7 installer should pop up and its pretty straight forward, just follow the on screen instructions 🙂

You mean upgrade you OS from vista to 7 right?

If so you need to either get the discs from HP or from a retailer and install it 🙂
