I can click on Start, type in "simple" and then click on SimplePass to open up the app.
Then I can right click on the Facebook icon and set the username login and password from there.
If you have a different version of Simplepass or this does not work, please let me know more details.

You can set the preferences in Simplepass program. Refer the following weblink for better information:

I saw your post on how to fix this, but I'm not following. For instance, I have done just what the originator of this post did, accidentally hit "don't ask me this" when I was opening up gmail one time. Now whenever I open gmail, I have to manually enter my passwords. All the rest of my sites where I have utilized SimplePass still allow me to use the fingerprint reader. I've opened up the simplepass application as you mentioned but don't know how to fix it once in there.

I had the exact same issue. I friend was logging onto Gmail on my computer and when the SimplePass prompt came up, selected "Don't ask again". Now I can't use the fingerprint login for any Gmail accounts. I verified in SimplePass that the "Enable Website Log On" box is checked, which it its. I made sure there weren't multiple Gmail icons in SimplePass. There's only one. I updated from 2011 to SimplePass 2012. I uninstalled Google Chrome and told it not to remember personal preferences so the reinstall would be fresh as possible. Nothing works, Gmail will not prompt me to use SimplePass. I downloaded Firefox, it won't prompt for ANY websites, so I'm not even going to fool with that. The documentation for using SimplePass that was posted has no information for bringing back a site that has been previously selected as "Don't ask again" though I suspect the solution would be to check the Enable Website Log On box, which hasn't worked for me.
Any other ideas?

I have the same exact issue as ObsessionMD. SimplePass nolonger comes up to log me in to my Gmail account after my wife clicked "Don't ask again". I have tried the above solution and the issue remains. I look forward to a resolution to this problem.

Thanks for the idea - but it didn't work.
Wait a minute - yes it did! The new version flashes at the top of the page as a banner, like Chrome would when it asks if you want to save a password. Took a sec for me to notice it was SimplePass and not Chrome! Thanks!
Gmail was originally what was causing the issues, but so was Facebook. After realizing the new banner, either site was asking for me to scan SimplePass. I reopened SimplePass, and this time the "Enable Website Log On" box WASN'T checked (it was before, when it wasn't working). So I checked the box and now login for both sites functions properly.
