I've taken screenshots to show you what happens.
At the 3rd ss, a red exclamation appears next to "downloading updates" (even though the status bar indicates that they're downloaded), and "Installing/Applying the Items selected".
It's not the first time that this occurs..Last time I manualy installed the updates from hp's drivers download page for my laptop.
I also uninstalled, and reinstalled the latest HPSA before posting here.
