Should be the same like other Windows - hit Print Screen or PrtScn or PRT Scrn ... key will do. This will copy the screen to the clipboard and you can paste to a supported Windows application such as Paint, Word, PowerPoint ...

I usually press “Print Screen” key if I just want to take a raw screenshot on my Windows 8. The screenshot will be automatically saved to the Pictures library. But if I need to edit and share the screenshot to my social network upon the creation of the screenshot, I use professional screenshot tools for Windows 8.
