Well I have been going through the same thing, and now it is finally working without blank screens.  I have the Intel Graphics 4000, and here is the link.  https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24593/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit However that was not all of it. I upgraded to an Intel SSD, and reset my bios to boot straight to the SSD, meaning, SSD,  DVD, and USB in that order. In that order I was getting constant blank boots. So I reset the bios to legacy and DVD, SSD, and then USB. Haven't had a blank screen since, so I believe HP has a problem with their bios reading straight to a hard drive or SSD. When it has to search for the DVD first then the SSD it boots fine. HP, Fix You bad bios, and I have the latest biosin my DV7-7133nr.  It is intel's win 64-153332.exe. That is the 2015 HD Driver from Intel.
