In the InitialKeyboardIndicators what does the default value of 2147483648 mean?  I don't just want to change it to a 2 to keep the num lock on at startup without knowing what it will or will not also do.  It must have some important meaning or it would be a 0 or 2 to begin with.

Change the value of 2147483648 (Hexadecimal Value 80000000) to 2147483650 (Hexadecimal Value 80000002).
