I purchased new hp notebook that came with default ubuntu OS. The drives were partitioned as 10gb for hp tools, 450 gb for ubuntu os and approx 4 gb for swap. Now I formatted hard drive leaving 10gb for hp tools untouched and installed win 7 32 bit. After installing Win 7, I' m unable to find most of the drivers. In hp site, drivers are provided only for win 8 64 bit only. How can I find the drivers for my win 7 os and what all the drivers I need to install. Please suggest me the drivers I need to install and also the links. Also I need to check how much is the installed graphics memory as my performance index came to 1.0 interms of graphics.

Use the W7 x32 drivers from this model: I added the bluetooth driver because you will need that too.
Audio: Accept the agreement, download and install the second file on the list.
That should get most of the hardware installed.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will download all of the above setups and will check the results. Also, can I get ubuntu OS again from HP_TOOLS partition as I deleted the pre installed partitions while installing win 7.

Unfortunately, I cannot anwer your last questions other than to say you do not have to update your BIOS.
However, if you want to anyway, then I recommend you do so before you install W7 or any other operating system.

I am able to download all the files and it installed most of the drivers. But I am unable to install graphics/video driver as it throwing error as mimimum system requirements doesnot meet. Also I have one unknown device in my device manager with Hardware ID "ACPI\HPQ6007". Please help me in resolving the above two issues. My video driver is showing as Standard VGA Gaphics Adapter with only 32704 KB instead of 2gb(which was inbuilt as told by seller).

For the graphics, try this driver...first file listed.
For the ACPI\HPQ6007, see if this driver works.
