Omen 1050
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

After upgrading to Windows 10 I no longer have network, the wireless NIC does not show up as a network device and when I plug in the USB network cadapter it too does not work.

In device manager the NIC are their and look good.

I updated the BIOS (07/29) but still no luck.

Any ideas?

Omen,

I have run into the same problem though I am not able to uninstall the Von software. We're there any special steps you needed to take to uninstall after the upgrade?

I had to revert to Win 8.1 uninstall it then upgrade again.
