Try the Eset online scanner. What antivirus program allowed this to happen? You might have to run Hijackthis and maybe reload your system.
I did a scan on my computer and it detected a potentially unwanted program. The details were :GenericPuP.x and under that it had written c:\users\owners\AppaData\LocalLowf\funWebProducts\
Install\Cache\0085DBD0.exe. My question is do I delete this or is it something I need? I normally don't get anything when a scan is run so I don't know what to do with this. Thank you if anyone can answer this. Sylvia

I don't understand what you mean. Is this something I need off the computer and is it doing damage to my computer? In other words, what is it? Thank you, Sylvia

It's a Trojan.

Yes, it will delete the Trojan and any eggs associated with the Trojan. It will look for and deal with other virus and Trojans when it is scanning. It will try a repair and if that fails, then it will (delete) them. If they are damaged they are no good to you, nor the system. So be prepared to reload your system. I see that you have other issues in different posts that might be traced back to virus/Trojan/Malware/Adware issues.
Really you should think about a better antivirus and firewall solution.
