Good morning MazharAliPanju.

What error do you receive when trying to install the software?

Also, what version of Windows are you using?  The driver I linked to is for Windows 8.  Are you using a previous version of Windows?

Another step you can try is to run HP Support Assistant.  This will try to automatically locate and install the drivers for you.

Some items are not showing up correctly in device manger.

 

Please post your product and model number.

You can find this information by holding the FN key and pressing the ESC key.
