Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,after upgrade to Windows 10 I have an unknown device in device manager. How do I find the driver for it? It have something to do with ACPI/HPQ6001...

 

I also asume that this missing driver is causing me a really anoying problem, I can't shut down the computer it only restart. :indifferent:

Thanks! It worked and I don't have any unknown device anymore but the computer still restarts when clicking shut down, any thoughts about that?

See if installing the latest chipset driver directly from Intel helps.

The second file listed is the auto install file.

 

Is the correct graphics adapter(s) showing up under the Display adapters device manager category?
