My laptop specs are:
2.3GHZ Processor (AMD V140 Processor)
500GB Hard Drive
There is a sticker underneath my laptop next to the hard drive that says:
"Windows 7 Home Prem OA
HP (then there is a barcode) 584037-001
Product Key: [private information removed]
(another barcode) X16 - 96072
When I purschase the laptop in December 2010 it ran Windows 7 Home Premium.
Last night I wiped my files and used another windows 7 disk thinking it would be home premium but it turned out to be a Windows 7 Enterprise and I want to return to a Windows 7 Home Premium.
I have no recovery disks and dont have the home premium disk, how do I return to home premium?

Otherwise, you'd need to acquire an OEM Windows 7 Home Premium disc, install it, then download+install the HP drivers and software for yoru system.

HP may charge you around US$50 to cover P&H. Other options is to download Windows 7 Premium from the following link and use the product key under your laptop to install:

Any drivers needed after install can be grabbed from hp support & drivers ...
Use you 25 character serial key to activate via telephone (also suggest you remove your key from the web)
you wil have 30 trial on initial install so no rush ...
The install media also has recovery/repair tools to some extent & windows 7 has a feature to create backup discs/file to external drive. Many free tools also can be downloaded to create a clone of C partition once you set it up to your liking making an easy & very reliable option for future recovery ...

Where do I order it and how much would it cost me? I bought the PC already. I should be able to download a recovery disk. My purchase did not include a recovery disk. Any thoughts?
