Running Win 8.1 Pro 64-bit - just updated BIOS to 1.20 and it did not break anything for me. I'm currently running AMD 13.152.1.9002 and Intel 10.18.10.3316.

I have sleep/hibernate working but still experience very slooooow startup. The computer just freezes during boot for severel minutes before the logon screen apears 😞 This behavior seems random and looking at the event viewers shows a random service failing at startup.

Just had a look at the driver page and it seems like HP have posted new Intel and AMD driver however the download links does not seem to work yet. Hope these will solve alle graphical issues for good.

AMD : 13.352.1015 REV. A (11 Aug 2014) / sp68107.exe (323 MB)

Intel: 3621 REV. W (22 Aug 2014) / sp68390.exe (135 MB)

Anyone been able to downloads these SPs? And have you had any success with them?

I had the same problem until today when I simply updated my BIOS to the latest version: F.50 REV: A PASS: 1

simply to follow instructions here:

I'm having the exaxt same problem.

Running latest bios and all drivers are up to date. No idea what to do about this.

Already lost important data when my zbook didn't wake up correctly 😞

My Bios is L71 V 01.30 which seems to be a complete different series from this one.

By reverting all drivers to the original ones I am able to enter sleep mode correctly, however hibernate does not work. After hibernation, it starts and then, as soon as the Windows 8 logo appears, the notebook shuts down and restarts. Of course everything is lost.

As I have tried almost every combination, is there any person with the Zbook 14 /Windows 8.1 correctly going to sleep and hibernating who can post here his configuration of drivers and bios?

PLEASE !!!!

Current setup that works for me (Hibernate and Sleep working)... hope it helps. I was going nuts trying to get a working setup...

Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit

Im running this BIOS:

01.30A

sp70045.exe

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5428311&swItemId=ob_144059_1&swEnvOid=415...

I clean installed Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit, ran Windows update to get patched up.

Installed sp68107.exe (AMD 13.352.1015) first; then sp68390.exe (Intel 3621). This setup made my computer crash when sleeping so I removed the AMD driver again and reverted to the Windows standard driver. And this setup works great for me.

"Intel(R) HD Graphics Family" 10.18.10.3621

sp68390.exe

http://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?sp4ts.oid=5428311&swItemId=ob_143571_1&swEnvOid=415...

"AMD Firepro M4100 FireGL V" 13.152.1.9002

This driver was automatically installed by Windows.
