Search engines, malwares, adwares and other troublesome programs like these might get automatically added to your browser at times when you might have clicked on something accidentally while you were browsing on the internet. Since you are getting this page when you open up the browser, I assume that it might have got added as the Home Page on your browser.
May I know which browser are you using? Assuming it to be Internet Explorer, please follow the steps from the the following document to change the Home Page.

I completely understand the situation now.
May I know since how many days have you been facing this issue? If it has been only a limited time we can go ahead and perform a Microsoft System Restore that will take your Computer back to a date before the issue occurred.
Please select the document according to the Operating System on your Notebook.
Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 7): http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam
Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 8): http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam
Using Microsoft System Restore (Windows Vista): http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=uk&
I hope that helps.
