Below is the link to the ethernet driver you need. You want the second file on the list.
For the network controller, please do the following:
Go to the device manager.
There should be an Other Devices category showing.
Below that Other Devices category should be a listing of devices that need drivers.
They will all have little ! marks next to them.
The wireless network card is the device listed below the Other Devices category as a Network Controller.
Click on the Network Controller device, and it will open a window with tabs on the top of the window.
Click on the Details tab.
On the Details tab, you will see a Property drop down list. It will be defaulted to Device Description.
Drop down on that list and select the second item which is Hardware ID's.
Now you should see 4 rows or so of characters and the top row starts with PCI\VEN.
Post that top string of characters.
That tells the user what manufacturer and type of device it is.
Then I can post the wireless card driver you need.

Hello...Good to see I am not the first with driver issues on this model. I actually was able to get the NIC drivers not problem but I am in need of the SM Bus driver and the USB Controller driver. I have 4 USB Roob Hubs that show with no issues and the USB port on the right side works. But the 2 on the left provide enough power to light up my drive when inserted but is never detected y the OS. Windows 7 x64

First install the amd chipset driver and reboot. You want the 49.7 MB chipset driver file.
Then install both of these USB drivers.

One more question for you. how about the YouCam driver? When I try to open YouCam I get "You do not have the compatible VGA hardware or driver to run YouCam." Im pretty sure I have installed all drivers made available on the website for my model. I thought there should be more but there isn't.

You need to install the graphics driver but there isn't a W7 one for your model, so you have to use this one...
AMD Radeon Beta graphics driver.
If you ever need to install W7 again, here are all the drivers you need in one place...
First, install the amd chipset driver and reboot. You want the 49.7 MB file listed.
Next is the graphics... install the amd catalyst beta driver and reboot.
Audio: Accept the agreement, download and install the second driver on the list.
Ethernet: Download and install the fourth driver on the list.
USB 3.0: Install both.
