i have an HP pavilion g6-d60us note book, when I try to turn on the PC the info i get is boot device not found please install an operating system on your harddisk. pls help

Hi brandon522, welcome to the HP Forums. Typically HP computing products come with a means to create Recovery Media. You can create a disk or USB drive, or if the original hard drive is still intact you can recover from the hidden partition using the HP Recovery Manager.
