Hello tehpaj,

I see that you are having problems with error messages on your computer. I would like to help with this issue but I need some information.

Can you provide the model and product number of the computer? Here is a link that shows how to find that information.

Can you give me the full error message you are receiving?

Hi Steine95,

Normally, the message is related to your HDD or SSD.  Try to run BIOS HDD diagnostics to see if the boot device can be detected.  If not, I'd suggest that you come to repair center for help.

Re: my laptop is saying boot device not found, what do i do

@SteiNe95,

Good information @Kick_OK, I just wanted to add  if the test passes you can try reseating the hard drive. All that entails is removing the drive from the bottom of the laptop and placing it right back in to place and seeing if that makes any difference.

Please respond back at your earliest convenience.

Thanks
