You need this driver...this is for W7, since you didn't specify.

 

This package provides the Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface (TXE) Driver for the supported notebook models running a supported operating system. The Intel Trusted Execution Engine Interface enables the Secure Boot and provides services required for platform security features such as Intel Platform Trust Technology (Intel PPT).

Hi:

 

Yes it is.

 

If you extract all of the files out of the driver, you will find that the driver setup information file contains the driver support for the ID you posted.

Try the one directly from Intel...it seems to have a simpler install routine than the HP one has.

 

Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file.
