When it boots-up it loads window files then afterwards on a different screen the Startup Repair tool automatically starts after trying to repair issue its states "Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically" Problem Details are as follows:

Turn off your computer.
Look for the f11 key on your keyboard.
Spam the f11 after you press the power button.
See if it will take you to recovery manager.
Click system recovery and follow instructions to reinstall.
