Found solution. Use media creation tool.  http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/media-creation-tool-install?ocid=ms_wol_win10. Follow instructions. Get correct software-32 bit or 64 bit. Use flash drive it is faster. Be sure to delete or uninstall everything not needed. Empty waste bin. Disable all  not needed on start-up.

Installed WIN 10 about 2 hrs ago,  so far working fine. Took maybe couple of hrs to install. Be patient, seems to hang sometimes but as I said be patient and it will keep going. May have to reinstall some things (printer, different browser, etc).

Hope this helps.

Do you have access to another pc? Maybe a friend , relative or even public library. You can download the tool to a usb flash drive and then install on your pc. Be sure to follow instructions, get the right one for your pc (32 or 64), click install on another pc, then download.

Hope this helps.

In advanced option under windows update, the default setting is Automatic restart after installing update, we have to change the option to    Notify to schedule restart.    Then it solves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   http://www.cnet.com/how-to/windows-10-lets-you-schedule-windows-update-restarts/
