Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have send my laptop for update in hp showroom they have given me 8.1 64bit but they have not activated it my product id 00261-50000-00000-AA989 plese let me know my  product key :Crying: plese send me my product key help me
