You just need to download and install HP ProtectSmart Hard Drive Protection Software from here.

I have found the solution for it . This is because your Chipset got errors during installation . If you do install Sp54095.exe  and then refresh dirvers then you can install sp52143.exe. Reboot the machine and it will be gone. They both can be found on HP drivers website. Please let me know if it works for you!
