I'm thinking you are missing the same protect smart device driver too. The driver is listed on your model's support and driver page.
If for some reason that doesn't get it, then try the Quick Launch Software.

I have found the solution for it . This is because your Chipset got errors during installation . If you do install Sp54095.exe and then refresh dirvers then you can install sp52143.exe. Reboot the machine and it will be gone. They both can be found on HP drivers website. Please let me know if it works for you!

The DM3-1130US owner hasn't responded here is almost 2 years.

I assume the same would be true for an HP Pavilion G7-2235dx for Win 7 64 bit?
