SERIAL NO : CNFO340F13
Operating System-Window 7 Home Premium
.Window 7 operating system,which was preinstalled on my laptop got deleted.I ordered a duplicate recovery disc from USA HP Service Centre,which I received.but the activation key of the operating system has been not given and the activation key which was levelled on the notebook,got mutiliated.
Kindly help me in sending the activation key of window 7 operating system initially installed on my laptop

Hi,
There is no way to retrieve the key on your COA label, neither Microsoft or HP will have any record of this.
However, the Recovery Discs you ordered from HP will not require this as the volume license key is embedded in the OS and Windows should automatically activate when these discs are used.
If this is not the case and the OS does not activate, you should contact HP.
