I had a clean installation of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. If I upgrade (Microsoft's web side) how to order the 64 bit version?

Are you upgrading to Ultimate or Pro. Or are you upgrading from 32bit to 64 bit? Vista to Win7?
