AppleSyncNotifier.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The last few times I have logged on message is displayed that reads, The entry point sqlite3_wal_checkpoint is not located in the dynamic SQLite3.dll.

How do I resolve this issue?

Are you suggesting that the diference is the caps on the SQ should be lowercase?
