BSOD after patching kaspersky antivirus on HP G32-301TX

My Notebook HP G32-301TX, OS win 7 home premium x64
get BSOD message
" STOP : 0X0000007B (0XFFFFF880009A9928,0XFFFFFFFFC0000034,0X0000000000000000,0X0000000000000000) "
this is happened suddenly after executing patching application for one of antivirus software. my notebook was suddenly restarted and got BSOD just like picture above.
any idea about solving my problem guys? help me pliss.. ![]()

Wow. That was some patch.
Try restarting your PC. When you see the HP logo, press the F8 key to launch into Windows Safe Mode. From here you may be able to run a Windows recovery or boot into Windows and launch a System Restore.

Hi,
Does it load to Safe Mode?
To load to Safe Mode Start Tapping the F8 key repeatedly as soon as you press the Power Button. If it loads to Safe Mode then you will be able to do a System Restore by typing system restore in the start search.
If it doesnt load Tap F11 as soon as you press the power button. Select Micorosft System Restore and select a date before the update was installed.

thanks for the answer guys, i forgot to tell that i have tried to do system recovery from os image in hdd or dvd recovery but recovery can't run and message was " can't recover from factory image". i haven't tried factory reset recovery bcoz i have a lot of important data on my hdd. any more idea? thank u ![]()

ok. Before trying any other step its more important to save your data first.
I am attaching one of my document which will show you how to backup data in cases when the system doesnt load to Windows.you can give it a try and backup your data. But it'll not backup programs.
If it doesnt load to the screens in the docthen in that case you will have to use the HP System recovery disc. If you do not have the recovery disc you can Order it Online or contact HP technical support.
