Hello,
i've bought my laptop just 1 month ago..but, now i'm facing problem with it..
Blue Screen appears on my screen when i'm using my laptop then it will automatically restart..this corrupting my works..
i'm a beginner n i hope someone can helps me solve my big problem..here,
Product description:
-Pavilion dv4-1219tx
-OS Vista 32-bit (service pack 1.0)
Problem dercription (determined by windows problem report) :
-Problem event name : BlueScreen
-Additional info : BCCode - 124
BCP1 - 00000000
BCP2 - 85176028
BCP3 - B2000000
BCP4 - 00060151
-File that help decribe te problem : C:\user\appdata\local\temp\WER-70590-0.sysdata.xml
C:\user\appdata\local\temp\WER7C50.tmp.version.txt
(The data shown above is changed (only the number) every times it is facing bluescreen problem)
When this problem occurs frequently, it also will decreasing my hard disk space
*now im losing at least 4gb space in disk..
really hope that it can have a solution..i'm tired with my new HP laptop

Sounds like the hard drive is failing. Do you have your data backed up? You could wipe and reload the system and see if it happens with a freshly loaded machine. If it does with out all the additional software that you have currently loaded and you keep loosing 4gb for each crash, I would say bad hard drive or virus. You could run the hard drive checker in your BIOS or download a hd diag disk: go to Seagate.com and navigate down to: Support>Downloads>SeaTools>or Google search: hard drive diag

thnks 4 ur reply but i dont know how to solve it by myself..i thnk i hve to send it back to hp service cntre..but i dont know how to xplain to them..
