Blue Screen appears again n again on newly bought hp envy 15 3021-tx

hi all,

 

i just bought a new hp-envy 15 3021-tx a week ago. so far, i have gotten 4 blue screens within a week. Is something wrong with hardware or software?

It means that the crash was caused by  a driver issue and states specifically that it not hardware related.

 

"This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem."

 

Did you happen to update your video driver recently?

Try updating your video drivers or reinstalling them via the Recovery manager. The driver could be corrupt. 

 

You can also update the drivers from the HP web support portal for your notebook.

ok. i re-installed/repaired/modified/installed everything from the link. 

 

lets give it a week to see if it works,

 

if it does, i'll be back to give you your star! and to accept as solution!

okay. obviously it doesnt work. i suffered another blue screen 10 mins ago when i was looking through photos on facebook.

Do you have the graphics set to dynamic or fixed mode in the BIOS?

It's at dynamic. I think the computer will be kinda under performing or rather short changed by its standards if it's set fixed.
