CD/DVD Drivers for HP Pavilion dv7-1247cl Entertainment Notebook PC

I contantacted HP over a year ago and was provided a link to download the the CD/DVD drivers for my  HP Pavilion dv7-1247cl.

I have had to rebuild and now I need the driver package again.  Sadly, this not available as a standard download for this product.

The tech support person that help me the first time said he really was not supposed to provide me with the link but I need it again because I am having issues reading CD/DVDs. It writes fine 90% of the time.

Can someone (anyone)  provide me with the link again?

I have searched for the drivers that you are in need of and did not find anything thus far. I am not sure if you have tried scanning your notebook but I have provided a link that may be helpful to you.

I have tried that and no luck I have come to the conclusion that the CD/DVD reader/writer is dying because of the occasional intermittent reads and writes so I have ordered a new one.
