CDBOOT couldn't find BOOTMGR?

My netbook crashed and I wanted to reinstall windows7 but my computer won't boot with this error "cdboot coudn't find bootmgr?"

Does any body know about this issue and can help me?

Hi,

 

Most likely due to the DVD drive, can you try to use another one or use different way such as USB pen/flash drive ?
