Can not get on internet

can not get onto internet explorer.  Message is internet has stopped working.  Is checking for a solution.  Then another comes up saying a problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notfy you if a solution is available.

Hi,

 

Download and save the installer for Firefox on the link below.  Transfer the file on to the Desktop of the PC that is havind problems with Internet Explorer, then double click the file to start the installation.  Once complete, see if you can now atleast access the internet.
