I am getting a error message "DATA EXECUTION PREVENON Generic host process for Win 32 services" while i login windows.

 

 Then whenever i connect to internet i get another error message "Visitor has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for inconvenience."

 

When i click "Dont send" internet is disconnected.

 

And another error message "Generic Host process for win 32 services has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for inconvenience."

 

I have installed Esset nod 32 antivirus which is always detecting a virus called "Hatob E worm".It quarantines and deletes it.

 

Can anyone help me in solving these problems. I will be very thankful if someone provide me with a solution to solve these problems.

My first impression is that you are infected and your AV software isn't fixing it.  There is a lot of malware out there that the commercial AV scanners do not find.

Is this XP or Vista?

i didnt had access to another pc. i removed esset antivirus installed kaspersky2010 internet security. it detected 42 trojans and 6 other win 32 generic viruses. now my kaspersky is trial version for 30 days. its showin some network attack Intrusion.Win.MSSQL.worm.Helkern    218.205.231.99. what should i do now? whenever i connect to internet visitor encountered problem message is coming. the ip address above is from china. is it network provider problem or my antivirus problem ??? can anyone give me suggesions?

Honestly you can try to fight viruses for hours and hours but if you don't have a lot of data you want to keep or you have an external backup drive or flash drive and can back it up, run the hp recovery in destructive mode so it reformats the drive and gives you a clean image.
