Cannot use Quickweb

HI

I am wondering how to use Quickweb in hp 4530s. I entered into the BIOS and entered into boot option like you said on your website but failed to find any Instant On. instead i  saw fast boot option which i did not open and saw UEFI option. i entered into UEFI but it not accept to what it was saying cuz i dont know if it will do any good. So bottomline is i want to use Quickweb and these are the problems that i am facing. so any suggestions?
