Canon Camera does not start AutoPlay

I own two HP laptops, an Envy 14 and a new DM4 that I am writing this note from. Both computers are running Win7 64 bit.

 

My DM4 recognizes flash drives and memory cards and autoplay starts and asks what to do.

 

When I plug my Canon SX130is into my Envy, autoplay starts.  When I plug the same camera into the DM4, the camera is recognized and I can view the files in Windows Explorer, but I cannot get any autoplay window open.

 

Since I only have the issue on one machine, it must be a machine-specific issue. I have checked Autoplay options and USB controllers and run net start shellhwdetection to no avail.

 

Anyone have a suggestion or two?
