No need to worry about how many replies you make here.You can post until someone resolves the problems..or until we run out of suggestions.:smileyhappy:

 

One other thing to try, in IE open Tools,Internet Options.Go to Advanced tab and  check "Use passive for FTP". You may have to close IE and reopen to see any results.

 

Btw, I don't believe Firefox will work with Windows Update
