I just recently bought HP Pavilion dv4- 1435dx Entertainment Notebook PC with Windows Vista Home Edition 64 bit operating system. The problem is i have a wireless CDMA internet card and the device which works only in windows XP and Windows Vista 32 bit operating system. The device doesnot function in my laptops version of OS.So i want to change it to either Windows XP or Windows vista 32 bit operating system.I would be grateful if anyone can give me some suggestions and necessary tips and steps to do the above mentioned task.

Read the #2 post on the forum on downgrade to XP, could be a lengthy task.
Install Vista 32bit might be easier.
Are you sure the device will not work in 64bit? not even in 32bit compatible mode?
I am an HP employee.
