DVD player does not work on DV7 Notebook PC anymore?

HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC

Windows 7 64-bit

 

No error message, NO disc will play anymore Blu-Ray or DVD

 

No there were not any changes made to my system.

Does the drive still show up in device manager? any errors in DM for the device?

device manager just says DVD-CD rom drives
