Hello,

 

the finger print reader still does not work with your process , it says it is not connected but in the device manager it appears  .

Could you please help me for that .

My DigitalPersona is asking to be set up again. Will I have to input all new passwords for every account. It has been awhile since I backed up the application content.

 

What could have caused this problem?
